It is generally assumed that there was not a lot of merchandise produced for Battle of the Planets. Had you been a youngster living in the United States at the height of the show's popularity it would have been an easy conclusion to reach. But the US did have its share of items, both from the time Battle of the Planets was on the air, through to the resurgence in its popularity in the early-to-mid 2000s.
