EPISODE #1 – ATTACK OF THE SPACE TERRAPIN

Zoltar, the ruthless leader of Spectra, is determined to steal the priceless soil-invigorating mineral produced at Center Neptune. He sends an attack monster, the Space Terrapin Turtle to Earth where it immediately attacks and destroys Storage Center #5. A red alert is quickly sent to 7-Zark-7 at the command post and he summons the G-Force into action. Mark and his friends take off in the Phoenix and begin tracking the space monster but it soon disappears. While they search for it underwater, it batters down Storage #7 and steals more of the valuable ore.

The G-Force relocates the Terrapin and Mark and Princess use their capes to fly on board. Princess immediately heads for the control room and Mark searches for a way to get the Phoenix inside. Gorok, the evil commander of the space monster, spots the Phoenix and aims his laser cannon at it. But before he can shoot, Princess pulls the main power switch and Mark finds a lever that opens up the bottom of the huge beast and the Phoenix flies on board. Now, with all of the G-Force together, it is easy work for our powerful heroes to disarm Zoltar’s men. Zoltar retaliates by ordering Gorok to push the self destruct mechanism and leave the monster.

The Terrapin begins to plunge toward Earth with the G-Force trapped inside, unable to get the Phoenix to take off. At the last second they summon up all their super powers and pull the space monster out of its dive and to a safe landing. With the ore safely recovered, the Terrapin is destroyed.

#1 – ATTACK OF THE SPACE TERRAPIN

The crafty invaders from Spectra, relentless in their effort to conquer Earth, devise an attack robot which is constructed in the form of a huge turtle. It functions on land, under the sea, and in the sky... and the regular defenders of Earth are helpless to stop it. The young members of G-Force, in their attack aircraft, the Phoenix, are the last hope. G-Force spots the approaching enemy in the sky. Mark and Princess are able to board it, undetected. They open a sliding panel so that the Phoenix can follow them in. The G-Force members confront the crew of this space "terrapin" and overcome them. The crew abandons the robot in a special escape devise and arrange for the robot to self-destruct, hopefully carrying the trapped G-Force with it. But the young defenders, using their special powers, transform their aircraft into the super-powerful Flying Phoenix, and thus escape in time. Alan Young is 7-Zark-7 and Keye Luke is Zoltar.
